Thank you for shopping at Pure Buddy™! We are committed to delivering your premium drinkware safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship orders directly from our fulfillment facility. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, customs clearance process, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your "buddy" directly through the carrier's tracking portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pure Buddy™ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, VAT, customs taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages

Pure Buddy™ is liable for orders damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking states it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and email us with clear photos of the issue at akiltudupakur@gmail.com.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Because we process and ship orders as fast as possible, there is a very small window to correct an address error. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
